Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means all returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns Process
To start a return, you can contact us at hi@otisandi.com with your reason for return and our return address. If your return is accepted, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number, and mail your return to the address provided.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 working days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
