Order processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. However exact timings will vary as all products are handmade by our small team.

You will receive an email when your item has been made and once shipped we will inform you of your tracking number.

UK Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the UK. Fees are calculated at checkout, and are based on weight and delivery service. Fees are as quoted by Royal Mail & no additional costs are added by the business.

  • Tracked 24: £3.50 - £11.70
  • Tracked 48: £2.70 - £10.20

International Shipping

We currently don’t offer international shipping as standard. However, we are happy to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email to organise this.

We are not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches it's destination country, customs and sales tax may then be payable before you receive your goods.

Returns

We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Otis & I products. If you would like to return an item you can do so within 14 days of the purchase date.

Contact us with your reason for return and we will provide a return address. Our full returns policy can be found here.

Refunds

Only products returned in perfect condition, free from pet hair and in their original packaging will be refunded or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.

Postage

You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence.

Original postage costs will only be refunded if an item is damaged/faulty.
