What materials are used in your dog leads and collars?
We use only the highest quality materials, chosen for their durability, comfort and style. Our products all use high-quality Paracord or PPM Rope, which are incredibly strong with a breaking strength of 250kg.
How do I care for and clean my dog's lead & collar?

Are your dog sitting services insured?
Of course! Any service booked through our Rover profile is fully insured so you have peace of mind.
The cover includes up to £25,000 in vet care reimbursement and certain out-of-pocket medical costs for 3rd party injuries. You can find more details via Rover.
What happens in case of a medical emergency with my dog during a sitting?
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, we have access to 24/7 support through Rover. We'll contact you immediately and follow the emergency care instructions provided at booking. Your pet's safety and well-being are our top priorities.
